Our very first underwear piece, designed for your breastfeeding, could not be made without the know-how of Cache Coeur, who for 13 years have been accompanying women all over the world in their maternity journeys.

Slightly form-fitting, the high-waisted briefs have a wide embroidered waistband and a reinforced central area made of cotton fibre, ideal for fragile skin, especially post-partum (especially for caesarean sections). It has a gold « MOM » embroidery on the waistband and a gold lurex elastic on the thighs but not against the skin.
So it’s comfortable for the first days in the maternity ward, and even long after!

– High-waisted, slightly form fitting panties, lined with cotton on the front to be very soft on fragile postpartum skin
